A mom of five and grandma of four, Barb wishes she’d known about myofunctional therapy decades ago! She loves researching and learning the latest ways to help others. She is particularly interested in how proper breathing and improving the muscles of the face and tongue can positively correlate with improved sleep and quality of life - especially in children!
